1. About spiral freezer belt:

Spiral freezer belt is constructed of cross rods, with collapsing links each side. For improved product support, the rods may be overlaid with a spiral mesh. Flexible Rod belts can also be supplied with a link in the centre of the belt width to decrease its turning radii, as well as side guards to prevent product spillage.

Whether used on spiral or straight conveyors, the belt is particularly suitable for cooking, cooling or freezing products such as bread, pastry, vegetables, potatoes, fish and meat. It can also be used for blanching vegetables, proofing dough, drying, baking or pasteurising.

2. Customer case:

The customer is one of the largest frozen food producers in Korea.

We have crafted this spiral freezer belt meticulously for them. Used to replace the belt that have been in use for more than ten years and are about to end of life.

Because the spiral freezer belt had been in use for more than ten years, it was impossible to find a perfect match for the new conveyor belt production. However, in order to enable the new belt to accurately match the original spiral freezer and reduce the cost of equipment modification, we started full-customized production.

The data of the new spiral freezer belt produced is completely consistent with the data of the old belt of the customer. We conducted a simulation test run before delivery and achieved the expected results.
