Quality Control before Shipping We conduct 100% inspection and the qualified products are stamped with QA PASS. Special wooden crates are used to ensure products are delivered without damage.
Packing Lighter metal conveyor belt: 1. Custom-made plywood wooden boxes according to the roll diameter of the conveyor belt. 2. Lay cushioning air cushion film in the wooden box and conduct moisture-proof treatment. 3. Put the conveyor belt into the wooden box for sealing.
Heavier metal conveyor belts: 1. Custom steel tray. 2. Divide the conveyor belt into sections. 3. Fix the segmented conveyor belt to the steel pallet. 4. Load into the container.
