Application of Balanced Woven Mesh Conveyor Belt in Photovoltaic Crystal Sintering
Balanced woven mesh belts are widely used
in photovoltaic crystal furnaces. In order to reduce the contact surface
between the silicon wafer and the balanced woven mesh belt, bridges are welded
on the mesh belt. The bridges are generally triangular. The solar silicon
wafers are placed on the triangular bridges, which can reduce the indentation
of the solar silicon wafers and the specifics of the bridges. The shape can be
designed according to the size of the solar silicon wafer.
The conveyor for solar sintering has strict
requirements. If the material is selected incorrectly and the mesh belt
structure is unreasonable, it will damage the silicon wafers and cause adhesion
and indentation. Therefore, the silicon wafer sintered mesh belt is made of
high nickel-chromium alloy Cr20Ni80.The Ni content of this material is as high
as 80%, the material is not easy to oxidize, resistant to high temperature and
corrosion, and the edges are welded by argon arc welding. The deformation of
the mesh belt is extremely small during use.
The width of the balanced woven mesh belt
used for solar crystal sintering is generally 180-2000mm. In order to make the
mesh belt run smoothly and prevent the mesh belt from deflection, the sintering
furnace is equipped with an anti-deflection device. Sometimes the bridges of
the mesh belt can be treated with nano-coating to greatly increase the service
life.
